For Sale by Owner Program
Our “For Sale by Owner” program is designed to let the property
owner actively work on the sale of their property with the expectation
of saving some money on commissions. It also incorporates a
commission adequate enough to attract the attention of other buyer’s
agents and still save the property owner some commission expense.
The program is as follows:
Listing Fee: $495.00 Per Property
Term of Listing: 6 Months
For this fee Moneypenny Realty & Management will:
• List the property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• List the property on our website with access to pictures and
property data
• Advertise twice monthly in our local print media
• Advertise once monthly in Homes.com
• Provide a Moneypenny Realty & Management “For Sale” yard sign
• Provide Moneypenny Realty & Management Directional and Open
House signs
